Pharmacology:
Herbocid syrup is mainly composed of herbal constituents that have antacid, anti-ulcer, hepatoprotective, analgesic, antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities, making it useful for digestive disorders.
Herbocid syrup works as an antacid, neutralizing or preventing acidity in the stomach. Furthermore, herbs employed in the formulation of Herbocid syrup have an anti-inflammatory effect, which helps to mend damage to the stomach’s protective lining, or mucosa, caused by excessive gastric acid output. Herbocid syrup contains secondary metabolites such as flavonoids and tannins, which have antioxidant properties. These herbs also have a hepatoprotective effect, which helps to protect the liver and facilitate its metabolic processes. In addition, Herbocid syrup contains Ayurvedic preparations such as Trikatu and Triphala, which are beneficial in treating indigestion and acid reflux.
