Description

Glandex capsule is herbal formulation prescribed in the management of imbalance of thyroid hormone. Its regular administration helps to maintain hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism, T3 activitation, regulate carbohydrate, cholesterolmetabolism and depression.

Composition:
Each 500 mg capsule contains:
Bacha (Acoruis calamus) 20mg, Guggul (Commiphora mukul) 100mg, Buhinia/Kanchanar (Buhinia tancatusa) 150mg, Behman- Surkh (Centaurea bahen) 10mg, Borage/Pattharchur (Country borage) 10mg, Varuna (Craeteva nurvala) 30mg, Yestimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 10mgGurmar/Merasingi (Gymnema sylvestre) 10mg, Red sandalwood (Pterocarpus santalinus) 20mg, Bala (Sida cardifolia) 10mg, Barro (Terminalia bellerica) 50mg Harro (Terminalia chebula) 20mg, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 10mg Sunthi (Zingiber Officinalis) 20mg, Bayer (Zizyphus vulgare) 30mg

Pharmacology:-
Glandrex capsule exhibits their action on hypothyroidism, subclinical thyroidism, T3 activation and maintain blood thyroid levels.The herbs contain in glandrex capsule have higher effective action on stimulation action on thyroid gland and conversion of T4 to T3 through proteolytic activity and the uptake of iodine into thyroxin. These herbs act in anterior pituitary gland to maintain TSH level that further activates thyroid gland to release T3 and T4 hormones in the blood. The herbs extracts increased the hepatic glucose-6- phosphatase activity and had antiperoxidative effects. The recent study on herbal content of glandrex capsule has shown that, they stimulate nuclear hormone receptor for thyroid activation. It also helps to enhance function of adrenal gland by correcting tridosa (vata, kapha and pitta). It controls BMR (Basal metabolic rate), fat and carbohydrate metabolism and act as vasodilator. This herbals act as nerve tonic and CNS stimulation action to treat depression.

Directions:
Adults: 1-2 capsule twice or thrice per day or, as directed by the physician.
Best Time to Take: After breakfast and food.
Adjuvant: Glandrex should be best when taken with warm water or milk.

Fertility, pregnancy and lactation:
There is no such ingredient in Glandrex capsules,which can cause side effects in babies. It is possibly safe for lactating mothers. Glandrex capsules can be used under medical supervision during lactation.

Overdose:
Do not take more than prescribed dose. Taking more medication will not improve your symptoms; rather they may cause poisoning or serious side effects. Do not give your medicines to other people even if you know that they have the same conditionor it seems that they may have similar conditions.

Storage: Store in a dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep medicine out of reach of children.

Store: 60 capsule in White round plastic bottle.
