Sinusef capsule are a natural-ingredient-based formulation used to treat an upper respiratory infection affects the upper part of your respiratory system such as Sinusitis, Rhinitis, Headache, Nasal Congestion and Migraine that is causes by an allergen, such as bacteria, pollen, dust, mould or flakes of skin from certain animals and so on.

Sinusitis is an inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses. It is caused by an infection or allergic response (e.g. to cats, dogs, house dust mite faeces or pollen), or can be non-allergic in nature — triggered by perfumes, irritants, medication or changes in the weather. Sinuses are hollow spaces within the bones between your eyes, behind your cheekbones, and in your forehead. They make mucus, which keeps the inside of your nose moist. That, in turn, helps protect against dust, allergens, and pollutants. Healthy sinuses are filled with air. But when they become blocked and filled with fluid, germs can grow and cause an infection. Sinusitis is generally triggered by a viral upper respiratory tract infection, with only 2% of cases being complicated by bacterial (Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis) sinusitis. The Sinusef capsule contain poly herbs that has anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, expectorant and  Antitussive properties which has significance in treating the sinusitis, rhinitis, headache, nasal congestion and migraine symptoms. It also reduces chest and nasal congestion gets rid of excess sputum and stops nasal discharge.

According to Ayurveda, the main site of kapha dosha is head and the nose is the gateway of the head. Hence similar symptoms of sinusitis are mentioned under Nasa roga (disease of nose) and Shiro roga (disease of head). It can be correlated as Kaphaja siroroga and Suryaavartha under Siroroga and also as Dushtapratishyaya in Nasa roga. Caution: Avoid dairy food, refined sugar as it is pro-inflammatory and increases the production of mucus. Other foods to avoid include tomatoes (contain histamines), chocolate, cheese, gluten, and fruits like bananas, which can cause congestion.

Fertility, pregnancy and lactation:  Sinusef capsule does not contain any ingredients that can harm in fertility, pregnancy and lactation but it should be taken according to the suggestion of physician.

Overdose: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Taking extra medication won’t help your symptoms; instead, it could lead to other side effects.  .

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep medicine out of reach of children.
