Surya Dhara oil is a herbal and ayurvedic medicated oil for Cold and Cough, Headache, anti-diarrheal, indigestion, acidity, Loss of appetite, stomach pain, toothache, muscle spasms, cuts and bee stings.
Composition:
Each 10 ml of Suryadhara oil contains: Deshi Kapur (Cinnamoum camphora ) 2ml, Pudina satva(Mentha piperita ) Ajwain satva (Trachyspermum ammi) 2ml, Lwang oil (Syzgium aromaticum) 1 ml, Nilgiri oil(Eucalyptus globulus) 3ml

Pharmacology:
The herbal content in Surya Dhara oil has shown analgesic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial and antispasmodicaction that aids in healing properties of this formulation. Suryadhara oil contains Deshikapur(Cinnamomum camphora) which has antimicrobial activity against pathogens. It acts as reflex expectorant and analgesic as it relieves pain from toothache and soothes stomach irritation. For external applications, it is used against headaches. Pudina(Mentha piperita) provides relief from pain and cold & cough due to its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and anti-allergic action. Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi) is a remedial agent for stomach related problems such as flatulence, acidity, loss of apetite ,diarrhoeaand abdominal pain as it has anti-spasmodic and carminative properties.Lwang oil(Syzgium aromaticum) and Nilgirioil (Eucalyptus globulus) has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action that provides pain relief.

Directions:
External use: Massage gently until oil gets absorbed in inflamed body parts.

Infant : 1 drop only
- Adult : 3-4 drops
- Nausea ,vomiting and diarrhea: 5-7 drops
- For cold and cough: 5-6 drops Used with luke warm water. Or as directed by Physician

Fertility, pregnancy and lactation: There is no such ingredient in Suryadhara oil, which can cause side effects in babies. It is possibly safe for lactating mothers.Suryadhara oil can be used under medical supervision during lactation.
Overdose: Do not take more than prescribed dose. Taking more medication will not improve your symptoms; rather they may cause poisoning or serious side effects. Do not give your medicines to other people even if you know that they have the same condition or it seems that they may have similar conditions.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep away from the children. Use within one month of opening of bottle.
